Food Ride & WEPC Church Bike Day

Food Ride

Stock the pantry to make Joe ride and then come enjoy a fun bike day! For every 20 pounds of non-perishable food, or every $25 donated, Joe Brown will ride his bike one mile. Last year we collected 2,306 pounds and we hope to make it more this year! Suggested food items are listed below.

The donation day is Sunday, June 26th, as well as every day of VBS (June 26-29).

Joe will ride on Saturday July 16th on the Virginia Capital Trail, a dedicated bike & walker trail between Richmond and Williamsburg. No traffic! Joe, and any interested cyclists, will be leaving from Great Shiplock Park at 7:30 AM. Later, at 10:00 AM, all are welcome to come meet Joe at Four Mile Creek Park (near intersection of Rt. 5 & Rt. 295). Bring some snacks, your bikes, helmets, and ride with the church family!
